Problem statement: Many referencing tools stumbled on the YEAR information when they auto-extract the bibliographic details from a webpage, ie. the YEAR information cannot be established.
Solution: The use of WayBackMachine to determine when a particular webpage was first published.

Step 1: Identify the webpage url, eg. http://info.singtel.com/about-us/company-profile
Step 2: Cut and paste the link in Step 1 into http://archive.org/web/web.php and click on "BROWSE HISTORY"
Step 3: From the Year Bars on the top 1996, 1997, ... 2014, identify the earliest archive of that page, in the below example, it's on 2013, March 18.
You may further verify if the content of that historical page is the same as the current page.
